Bd. shall consist of 9 members as follows: 4 members appointed by the Governor who are domiciled in the northeast and central areas of the state and who have demonstrated a sincere interest in this subject matter, the assistant secretary of the office of state parks or his designee, the assistant secretary of the office of tourism or his designee, the director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the state archaeologist, and the secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development or his designee.
