Council shall be composed of thirty-two members: 15 members representing the state's public universities; 3 members representing the state's private universities; 3 members representing the state's community colleges; 3 members representing public vocational-technical schools and programs; 3 members representing private vocational-technical schools and programs; 1 member each representing the LA Dept. of Labor, LA Dept of Ed. and 3 members at large. The Academic Advisory Council shall rotate its membership every two years
