The task force shall consist of 15 members. Gov or designee who will be the chair. Other members will include Secretaries of DED, Labor, Social Services, Corrections or their designees; the Superintendent of Edu, Comm of Higher Edu, President of Comm & Techni College System, Chair of Workforce Comm or their designees; Rep from the Senate appt by the Sen Pres, Rep from the House appt by the Speaker; Rep from CABL, appt by presi of CABL, Rep from LABI appt by the pres of LABI, Rep from the LHFA appt by the pres of LHFA; Rep from the AFL-CIO, appt by the pres of the LA AFL-CIO
