Board of directors shall consist of the Commissioner of Insurance/desg; the State Treasurer/desg; Rep of the LA State Police Insurance Fraud Unit; Chair, Senate Committee on Insurance/desg; Chair House Committee on Insurance /desg; and 6 as follows: 4 appointed by the Commissioner, including 2 who represent purchasers of motor vehicle insurance in LA & 2 who represent motor vehicle insurers doing business in LA. Two members shall be appointed by the attorney general who represent law enforcement officials in LA. The Commissioner is Chair. THE MEMBERS DO NOT REQUIRE SENATE CONFIRMATION!
