This privacy statement is applicable to the Louisiana Legislature website, operated jointly by the Office of The President and the Office of the Speaker. The Louisiana Legislature website does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. This personally identifiable information may be typically gathered from an electronic mail. Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be furnished or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties at any time. When we collect such information, we utilize it to respond to concerns, questions or suggestions sent by the user via electronic mail.
